Tim personally selects each sub-contractor based on quality, not price! Each sub-contractor must provide the same dedication and attention to detail that they would in building their own home. Tim is on-site daily to ensure that each house is built with only the highest standards.
Each home has many detailed areas of hand crafted trim work and cabinetry. The cabinets are custom built, assembled and installed on site offering a seamless, true and exact fit for the room. TDS Properties offers a multitude of other standard features that many builders consider to be upgrades or options, guaranteeing that every home built is one of pure quality.
Tim grew up in the northern suburbs and has lived throughout the metro area. He graduated from St. Cloud State University with a degree in Psychology. In addition to his building experience, Tim has over ten years of sales and management experience. His unique background enables him to offer the customer service you deserve.
Tim and his wife and business partner, DeAnn, are enjoying their 15th year of marriage. They live just outside of Rogers with their two children, Alex and Erin. In his spare time and at any time of year, Tim enjoys playing with his kids at the lake.
Family is always in mind when Tim designs and builds a home. For example, double hung windows are available in most floor plans to keep children safe. Communication is also very important to Tim, which is why he gives every customer his cell phone number.
